Excia., requer separação de corpos como medida cautelar preparatória, nos termos de artigo 13 de código civil e artigo 13 da lei nº 13.13 de 13 de abril de 1.900 e nada, contra Estropício Flagelo Esquizo Lunática Corda de Espinhos, portadora da cédula de identidade R. G. mil vezes 13, passando a expor de forma clara e inequívoca através do consagrado compositor, cantor e arranjador da música popular brasileira, Jards Macalé, pois dada a gravidade do assunto ofereceu-se gentil e espontaneamente, para interpretar este desabafo, no lugar do Sr. Desventura. Como o próprio nome diz, não sabe cantar. Eis os fatos e fundamentos Excia.:

Dessa união nasceram muitos filhos, o requerente pleiteia que V. Excia. Determine que a requerida deixe o lar conjugal, face ao seu comportamento até porque a separação de corpos como medida preparatória de desquite é de ser antes concedida do que negada. Requerendo a procedência da ação e dando causa e valor de muitos dólares por dar samba pede deferimento.
