Little by little, I gathered the pieces

E olhando pra Jesus, me levantei

And looking at Jesus, I stood up

E da lama do pecado, mesmo errado

And from the mud of sin, even wrong

Jesus said to me like this

Sou Eu que tiro as mágoas desse triste coração

I am the one who takes away the sorrows of this sad heart

Liberto e te arranco dessa triste solidão

I free you and pull you out of this sad loneliness

E curo as feridas que o mundo deixou

And I heal the wounds that the world left

Confesso que errei, muitas lágrimas rolaram

I confess I erred, many tears rolled down

But I was a winner
