And when Abraham turned around

Ali estava um carneiro pra ser oferecido em lugar de seu filho

There was a ram to be offered in place of his son

Por mim mesmo jurei, disse o Senhor

By myself I have sworn, said the Lord

Não me negaste o teu filho; te abençoarei

You have not denied me your son; I will bless you

And it is so to this day, so never doubt

Ouço seu clamor, disse o Senhor

I hear your cry, said the Lord

Te enviarei a Faraó para tirar o meu povo do Egito

I will send you to Pharaoh to bring my people out of Egypt

And surely, I will be with you

Pra, assim, ninguém duvidar

So that no one doubts

I know, however, that the king of Egypt will not let you go even by a strong hand

I will stretch out my hand and strike Egypt with the wonders I will do there

I will show favor to this people in the eyes of Egypt

When they heard that the Lord visited the children of Israel
